CA. Pawan Agarwal

Mr Agarwal is a founding partner of the company and is a Chartered Accountant and graduate in commerce. He has around 40 years of experience in the field of Financial Advisory, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Risk Management, Internal control, Accounting Policies, Financial Management, Project Reports and other allied services. He has also completed certificate course on Concurrent Audit conducted by ICAI and has delivered lectures in various seminars and forums on Taxation matters i.e. Impact, Advisory, Returns, Assessment etc

CA. Vivek Agarwal

Vivek is a second generation professional with around 15 years of experience in Transaction Advisory comprising of Fund Raising, Debt Syndication, Investment Banking, Financial Modelling, Valuations, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Management, Capital Structuring, Debt Resolution, NCLT advisory, Stressed Asset Management etc. Over years he has experienced fund raising of more than Rs 500 bn in varied sectors viz Power, Roads, Metro Rail, Hotels, Hospitals, Education, Technology, Commodity, Real Estate, Dairy, Metal, Manufacturing etc and has advised various products and structures. Additionally, he had handled Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits of various big corporates & listed entities.

Vivek has secured All India Rank 7 in CA Final, Rank 45 in CA Inter and Rank 28 in CA Foundation. Apart from Chartered Accountancy Course, Vivek is a qualified Lawyer and has also pursued various other courses viz. Diploma in Information Systems Audit, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit, Certificate course in Ind AS/ IFRS, Certificate course in Forensic Audits & Fraud Detection & Certificate Course in GST.

CA. Naresh Khetan

Mr Khetan is a Chartered Accountant and graduate in commerce with 4 decades of experience in corporate finance, commercial decision making, organizational management & taxation
He has held senior position with corporates and have been instrumental in implementing of new manufacturing units and overall management of affairs of large business house. He is also having extensive experience in business structuring, acquisitions and other corporate restructuring

CA. Sakshi Agarwal

Sakshi is a Chartered Accountant and graduate in commerce with more than 12 years of experience in Statutory, Internal Audits, Tax Audits & Risk Management of corporates. She is having extensive experience in Income Tax & GST Advisory, Assessments & Litigations and Virtual CFO Services.
She has been associated with a renowned Private Sector Bank as Credit Manager for 3 years wherein she has gained extensive experience of credit assessment, financial projections and is well versed with various policies & procedures adopted by banking industry.

CA. Ankit Agrawal

Ankit is a Chartered Accountant and graduate in commerce with around 10 years of experience in Bank Audits, Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits of corporates and business houses.
